Fees
Individual counseling with Kat is $125 per session. See below if you wish to use your insurance.

Please read the New Client Paperwork for further information on pricing, including cancellation/no show fees.

Payment
I accept cash or check at the time of service.

If you would like to pay with a credit card before you arrive or you need to pay an outstanding balance, please use the PayPal link below.

The amount due varies for each client depending on if you use insurance or are self-paying for services. Please enter the date of your session and click the “Pay Now” button below.  Then, enter your specific fee, copay or balance due after “item price”, and hit update. Feel free to contact me if you aren’t sure of the amount or have any questions.

Insurance
If you are using insurance, I will ask for your insurance information and call for a quote of benefits before your first session. This is an effort to avoid surprises later, but it is your responsibility to confirm coverage and pay any amount denied by insurance. My name may be listed in full with your insurance as Reta Kathleen Elrod.

Insurance Accepted:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas
  • Humana/Lifesynch
  • Multiplan/PHCS

For all other plans, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. Many plans offer reimbursement to members for a portion of the fees paid when using out-of-network providers. Please check your benefits and request a detailed statement from me so you may submit a claim to your insurance company.
