Fees
Individual counseling with Kat is $175 per session. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, once a week or every-other-week. Extended sessions and intensives are available at the same rate per hour scheduled. Intensives are a small group of extended sessions scheduled close together.
If you are in a position to help others, I have the option available of paying a sponsorship rate of $200-250 per session. The entire amount that you pay over my current rate ($25-$75) will be applied as a discount to sponsor someone who is unable to access quality therapy without assistance.
Payment
I keep a credit card on file and run that card each session to make payment quick and easy. I can also accept cash, check, HSA cards or Zelle at the time of service with a backup card on file.
Insurance
I am considered an out-of-network provider with insurance. Some insurance plans offer reimbursement to members for a portion of the fees paid when using out-of-network providers. Please check your benefits and request a detailed statement from me (called a Superbill) so that you may submit a claim to your insurance company.
