You might be feeling…
overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself and the people around you.
Perhaps you are longing for something different and unsure why things feel the way they do, or where to begin.
There’s a reason for what you’re experiencing
The ways you think, feel, and respond developed for a reason. They made sense then, but may not be serving you as well now.
Many people come to therapy after years of trying to think their way through emotional pain. Sometimes understanding a pattern is not enough to change it. I offer neuroscience-informed and depth-oriented trauma counseling for people who are looking for deeper emotional change and a different way of relating to themselves and their life.
My Approach
- Learn to slow down and listen to yourself in new ways
- Discover the wisdom already inside of you
- Understand how the brain works and how change can happen
- Notice patterns and relationships with more clarity
- Work through trauma with tools like EMDR and DBR
- Grow greater self compassion and self-trust
What begins to change
Over time, you may begin to notice a greater sense of steadiness. You may notice compassion feeling easier and feeling less reactive to others.
You may even find yourself moving through life with more flexibility and freedom as you make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what you want.
Getting started
Taking the first step can feel hard. If you’re considering therapy and not yet ready to schedule, we can start with a brief consultation to see if this feels like a good fit.

“Sometimes I wake up and have to remind myself: There is nothing wrong with me. I have patterns to unlearn, new behaviors to embody and wounds to heal. But there is nothing wrong with the core of me and who I am. I am unlearning generations of harm and remembering love. It takes time.”
